"Refund took way too much effort"
I had to cancel my tickets and the refund process was a bit of a headache. The emails were slow, and every time I got a reply it felt like I was being told something different. I did get my money back in the end, but it took way too much chasing and wasnt as simple as it shouldve been.

"Great theater, but the snack prices are confusingly high"
I love coming here to watch movies, but the concession prices are getting kind of ridiculous. I paid almost as much for a popcorn and drink as I did for the actual ticket, which just feels over the top. I know theater snacks are never exactly cheap, but this was a lot. What’s also frustrating is there’s no clear info on any combos, deals, or cheaper options, so you’re just standing there trying to figure out what makes sense while the line moves. Next time I’ll probably skip buying anything.

"Actually Worth It for Once"
I signed up mostly for the rewards, because apparently I enjoy pretending snacks at the movies are reasonably priced. But it’s been worth it. The points add up fast from tickets and concessions, and I’ve already grabbed a few free things. It makes going to the movies feel a little less financially dramatic. Plus, it’s easy to use and doesn’t make you jump through 47 hoops, which is always a pleasant surprise

The theater was really clean, especially the seats and bathrooms, which I appreciated. I did feel a bit pressured and rushed getting to my seat, but overall it was a nice, clean place to watch a movie.

"Freezing the whole time"
I booked through grandtheatre the process was easy enough with no real issues. The seats were fine and the show started on time, so I thought everything was going to be good. But the auditorium was absolutely freezing the entire time. I kept my coat on and still felt cold, which really took away from enjoying the show. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be a comfortable experience

My tickets do load fine, but the app freezes on me sometimes, which can be frustrating lol. It works overall, just wish it was a bit smoother.

Booked tickets through Grand Theatre and yeah, it was decent all around. The prices seemed fair, which was the main thing I checked first, and the booking part was simple enough. No odd checkout issues or surprise hassle, which I always half expect with ticket sites. The seats were actually better than I thought they’d be for what we paid, and the show was great too. Just a nice night out, really, and without that feeling afterwards like you’ve spent way too much. I’d use it again

I went to Grand Theatre last weekend the concessions were better than I expected. The popcorn actually tasted fresh, not like it had been sitting around forever, and the drinks were nice and cold. Prices were about what you’d figure for a movie theater, but the quality seemed a little better than most. The staff moved the line along quickly too. I’d probably go back just for the popcorn, to be honest...

"Decent Visit, But the Wait Matters"
I had to wait a little longer than I would’ve liked, but to be fair, the line did move quickly once it got going. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but if the wait gets much longer next time, I’d probably just leave and go somewhere else

"Easy booking, but the prices made me hesitate"
I booked tickets through grandtheatre and the whole process was smooth, no issues there. The only thing that bothered me was the price, it ended up feeling higher than I expected, and I kept thinking about whether it was really worth spending that much. I’d probably go again, but with ticket costs where they are, I’d be more careful about when I go because I don’t want to feel like I’m overpaying

I went to the Grand Theatre recently, I think it was last weekend, or maybe the weekend before, the night kind of blurs together. The show itself was fine and we still enjoyed parts of it, but the staff made the whole experience feel less welcoming. They weren’t exactly rude, but when we asked where we were supposed to go, it felt like we were annoying them just by asking. Maybe they were having a hectic night or we caught them at a bad moment, but a little patience or even just a friendly smile would’ve made a big difference.

"Helpful, but a bit slow"
Support did get back to me and they were helpful once they replied, but it took longer than I expected. I remember sitting there refreshing my email while eating a weirdly tiny bag of pretzels, so the wait definitely stood out. Not terrible, just slower than I’d hoped.

I used grandtheatre to look up wheelchair seating and access info before booking, and it was helpful. Most of the details were easy to find, so you don’t feel like you’re digging forever just to figure out if a visit will work for you. The only thing was the lift info took a bit more clicking around than I expected. Still, overall it was a good experience.

The experience was mostly fine and the place seemed well organized at first, but our reserved seats didn’t match what we booked, which was annoying. It took away from the start of the visit a bit. Once that was sorted, things were okay, but I’d definitely double-check the seating next time.

"Pretty easy place to find a movie"
I’ve been using grandtheatre.com for picking movies, it does the job better than I expected. The selection is usually solid — they’ve got the big new releases, plus a few random ones I didn’t even know were playing. It’s not the flashiest site in the world, but at least it makes choosing a movie easy.

The seats were comfortable the whole time, and I never felt cramped or annoyed. It’s kind of the decent thing for a venue to make sure people can actually enjoy the show without being squeezed in, and they definitely got that right

"Easy to Find a Time That Worked"
I ended up choosing Grand Theatre mostly because they had so many showtimes available, even on the weekend. I mean, I don’t think that’s too much to ask when you’re trying to plan around everyone’s schedule, but it really did make picking a movie way less stressful than usual.

"The show itself was fine, but the…"
The show itself was fine, but the bathrooms ruined the experience a bit for me. The floors were wet, the bins were overflowing, and the smell was bad. It felt like you had to beg for a basic level of cleanliness, which left me feeling kind of resentful, especially at a place this busy. They really need to check and clean them more often.
